Order Tracking??

Is anyone else not able to track their orders?  I've tried three different browsers and just get a spinning circle.  Half the fun of ordering is stalking my package until it reaches my door.  My package shows it was shipped 8/18 but it has not yet landed on my doorstep.

I've tracked several orders today and had no problem.

@Suzeecat. Your package is undoubtedly still in transit. If you click the appropriate place in tracking, you can see the full tracking history.

@Suzeecat - If you want to get more useful tracking details—especially since the Q's site is so often full of gremlins—I highly recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery and UPS MyChoice (and FedEx Delivery Manager, if you get packages through that courier) so you will always be up to date about packages headed to your address. All of these services are free, easy to sign up for, and provide delivery updates:

The tracking procedure has changed recently.  I've found that I have to tap on "Track Package" twice to get a separate window come up from Narvar.  Just tapping once on that option does nothing.

 

The tracking is laid out differently now, but you can keep clicking through various windows to see the progress.

@geezerette, nope, double clicking did nothing, but thanks for the suggestion.

 

As far as USPS Informed Delivery or UPS tracking, you need a tracking number, which is not provided by QVC, at least for this particular item. 

 

I have USPS Informed Delivery but it won't show a package arriving until the day of delivery (at least for me).

 

This is frustrating, but I will definitely keep this in mind for future consideration.  I appreciate everyone trying to help.  I will get it when I get it, and not a minute before! Woman Tongue

@Suzeecat - You definitely don't need to enter tracking numbers for USPS Informed Delivery or UPS My Choice; they send updates based on your address and details from the couriers as they are picked up in their systems. I have been surprised a few times to see pending delivery notifications from both the USPS and UPS about packages I didn't even know were coming—such as last week, when a "preorder" I'd purchased the week before that was due to be shipped in mid-September actually was available early and arrived at my doorstep two days before I got an email from the vendor that the item would be coming ahead of schedule.

 

(And obviously you can enter tracking numbers in either system if you want to, as I do when I'm shipping things to others, but the tracking for deliveries to you is automated.)

 

One final note about the "spinning circle" issue: Do you have a pop-up blocker? If so, adjust the settings to pause on qvc.com for just a minute, refresh the page, and see if that allows the page to load. I've definitely had to do that before to get the full details of orders. The coding on this site is ridiculous...

It is odd that you have no tracking number at all.  All my QVC orders have one, no matter how they're sent.

 

I have found that lately the actual shippers (like USPS, UPS) don't seem to be providing as detailed tracking progress as they used to.

 

You will have a surprise when your order does arrive!🤷‍♀️

Surprise, the package showed up in my mail box yesterday (Thurs., 8/24)!  My USPS Informed Delivery did not alert me, but all's well that ends well I guess.
