Order Stuck in Transit for a Week

Hello mods.

I placed an order for a duo of WEN Spring Cherry Blossom EDP. It has been stuck at the UPS facility in Hodgkins, Il for a full week now, since March 26, 2021.

Is there any way to see what's the holdup?

 Thanks for any info you can provide.

I am sorry for the delay with your order. Please allow until Monday to see if this gets moving again. If no updated scan on Monday, let us know and we will send a no cost replacement.

@x Hedge  I am sorry, I just check tracking and it's still showing "stuck", we just issued a no cost replacement, your new item should arrive on or about Tuesday, April 13, 2021.  Unfortunately I couldn't get it to you sooner, it must need to travel ground.

Thank you for following thru @Susan-QVC . I just noticed it appears there are two orders for this now. Presumably the refund for the first order will show up on my account soon. Thank you and @Beth-QVC  for your assistance.
