Order Status - Delivery Frequency

Is there some reason that there is not an option to change the delivery frequency on auto delivery items????   There was an option to accomplish this even after the webpage was changed into an unuseable mess.  What happened to it????

Hi @KatieB I am so sorry you were not able to change delivery date on an auto delivery item. First try clearing your cookies and maybe change browsers that may help. If you are still unable to change the date and would like our help please email us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.
