Hello To Whom it May concern my order was placed on 5/24..Shipped (Per your site) on 5/28..Should have been recd. by now...So I happen to Look on the UPS SITE and it shows my item WAS NEVER recd. via UPS...I clicked the tracking info you gave and NO ITEM was shipped...Please Advise Sooner than Later....

OR JUST CANCEL MY ORDER with a REFUND PLEASE....

I complained about an order from May 1st to cs and got a shipping notice that says preparing to ship. 4 days now it still says the same thing. I guess they thought that shipping notice would please me.
