Dear Customer Care Team,

 

I placed an order for the Halo Bolt TSV and did Bill to ship to for my son. Order Status says it was delivered yesterday, but my son did not reveive it. He was home all day and checked his mail several times, checked with his Post Office and even asked his neighbors, but no package. I tried to call CS, but was told they aren't taking calls at this time. 

I am hesitant to have another one sent since the first one didn't arrive at his address. I would like to request a refund. It was to be a Father's Day gift, but I don't think I want to chance waiting for a replacement.

 

I appreciate your help with this issue. Please contact me as soon as possible.

@grandma petes   I contacted UPS and they stated the driver delivered the package to a locker in his neighborhood.

I placed an order on May 29th.  It's now June 11th and it has not moved after going from VA to NJ.  Since June 4th it has not moved.  I had this happen to me in the past and NEVER got my orders that did not move.  Before they would send a replacement but now they won't so I had to cancel the item and buy it from another source.  I'm still tracking it and it's just in limbo.  QVC is just staying quiet about it.  Well, if another retailer comes along and sells the stuff I like......

I've done this but nothing has happened.  No response.
