This just happened to me. I ordered a couple of beauty items last night. I saw the page with the confirmation and order number but didn't realize that it might be a good idea to take a screen shot. I went to the order page a little while later so I could write down the purchase amount for my records but the order was not there and I didn't receive a confirmation email. I came here to see if anyone else had experienced the same thing and found this thread. The order is still not showing up today and still no confirmation email. I will not place a second order. If the order shows up, fine. If not I'll order the items elsewhere. I don't want the hassle of having to return a second order if the first does show up.
