Order Canceled, but haven’t received my Gift Card balance back

I ordered the Valerie Parr Hill Illuminated Starry Night Hurricanes when they came back in stock for a short period of time on September 9, 2022. I ordered a set in black and spruce. I received the set in spruce, but my order for the set in black was canceled by QVC on September 27, 2022. I paid for both sets with Gift Cards. However, I still have yet to be reimbursed for the black set canceled by QVC. I’ve called QVC Customer Service three times and all I’ve been told is that an inquiry has been put through and is still pending. I don’t understand why I have not yet received my Gift Card balance back. It should have been automatic once QVC canceled my order. I almost purchased the Christmas tree TSV yesterday, but decided against it given QVC seems a bit messed up internally if they’re unable to refund my Gift Card balance in the amount of $58.68. I always ask for QVC gift cards for Christmas. If my balance isn’t refunded, I definitely won’t be doing that any more. I would greatly appreciate some help regarding this unresolved matter. Thank you.

They are your fastest route to resolution.

In addition you can call the Customer Service teams at 800-367-9444.
