I've tried to send feedback, but the online videos are not playing! I do everything online, it's been a few months that videos start & a second or two in quit, they will not load & play. I know it isn't just me either, my aunt was having the same problem & I know nothing here has changed.

I have no issues with videos playing. Is your laptop or device updated? If so, I would suggest trying a different browser.

I'm using a tablet with Crome without the Q app & the videos are working for me. Did you try clearing data-history & if you're using the Q app trying without it or another browser? Sorry you're having trouble, hope the mods & other posters can help.

I'm on Edge on a desktop and I watched many videos yesterday and today.
Working fine.
Tech is so frustrating when we can't get it to work.
I have seen many posts that people using Apple products continally have issues.
I'd try a diff browser as well.
