I just wanted to say thank you for going beyond what you need to do to make us happy. It's a hard time for everyone, tempers are starting to flare at flashpoint 0, and getting hung up on when asking to speak to a CSR on the phone makes for very unhappy customers.
You are all doing a pretty freaking outstanding job answering and solving issues, while still making sure that customers' security is foremost. You are also doing it at a remarkably quick pace, which doesn't always happen online or even on the phone.
So THANK YOU.
