Today, Jun 9, 2025, at 7:10pm there was a one time only on A-683745 original: $51 special price: $39.98. I went online to order, but it was showing $51, I thought it was odd but perhaps the price would adjust once I checked out. Nope, it was $51.
I called CS to report the problem and then I experienced concerning issues: 1. I was told I ordered too late--the price had expired. I told them I ordered while it was still on the air and the price didn't expire until 8pm. 2. I was asked what price did I see (I had to rewind my DVR to provide the price). 3. I was told she would give me a "courtesy price adjustment" (?!). I explained that I just wanted the QVC on-air advertised price. A courtesy price adjustment would be an additional discount because I had to call to report the issue and get my invoice corrected. Nope, just the OTO price (which was fine). 4. I said I was concerned that other QVC shoppers were overcharged too. She verified my price and wished me a good evening.

I ordered that KG top as a one time only also while it was presented in the color twilight and it charged me the regular price instead. I also called CS but was transferred to another agent and placed on forever hold so I canceled my order. I never got to s/w a CS agent.

I just checked the video, as the OTO price should still be in effect, and the host clearly says it's under $40 (Easy Pays of $13.33).
But the online price shows $51.
What on earth is going on with QVC these days? Someone needs to get his/her act together. The customer shouldn't have to jump through these hoops.

Had 2 in my cart for full price. Chatted with Sean, who told me he would refer it and to check back in an hour or 2 for price change. Kept checking and while I'm checking my choice sold out. Was hoping that it would be ok since in the cart since beginning. Called customer service, Steve couldn't change price, didn't have ok from supervisor. By the time I finally got someone to change price, it was too late, my pick in cart was sold out. Also while waiting for price change Amy showed it one more time and mentioned later in the show. So disappointed in how this whole thing was handled.

That's one of many reasons Q is hanging by a thread and will be streaming and social only .

Q is hoping people don't catch the error and they make a few extra bucks.

If they can't get their act together better than what we've seen lately, streaming and social won't help at all. In fact, people that shop via those options tend to be even less tolerant of "glitches", slow shipping, bad customer service, and the countless other problems people complain about.

@Tori3569 I agree. I don't believe for a moment it was their intention to fool people. This has happened before - I do think whoever decides to make these decisions, that they made the internal changes so that this doesn't occur. All they do is anger customers. This happens sometimes when there is special pricing on a color of an item yet the other colors are the same price.
