On the non-receipt band wagon

First time in 30+ years of ordering.  Ordered two separate St Clair side dish items on December 2.  The two items have the same order number in the system, which is odd.  Both say in process and for delivery 12/10.  They haven't been received and it appears there is no way to notify QVC since the customer service sends you in an automated circle and there are no chatters.  This was too costly to try ordering anything more.
