On line videos

For months now any video I try to watch on the presentations are all wavy and blurry . I believe I mentioned this before .. anyone else having this problem.. its only on QVC

What browser are you using?  Are your browser and adobe flash reader (or whatever program runs your videos) current?  What's the load on your cookies, history and cache?  Do they need to be cleaned out?  I'm sorry, I've never had any trouble so I'm not sure what else to tell you.
