I've been preaching for months to try to get people on the right path, told the mods they should pin to the top of Customer support the following:

 

 

 

QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com   is where you get things done.

 

I might as well talk to a goldfish. People don't come in on regular basis, just when they're having trouble. If your a REGULAR and keep up to date on the boards you'll be on the inside.

What do you do when email doesn't work? It's not that the customers aren't trying, it's that qvc isn't responding in a timely matter to any form of communication!

They have always responded to me in a timely fashion

These are such messed up times right now, though.

 

I got a pair of shorts suppose to be delivered 6-2 but, still in processing so don't think I'll be getting them by the 2nd unless a drone is bringing them.

@Devildime  could you be emailing Customer Service rather than the Social Team? The Social Team monitors the Forums and they always answers. Check Message #11 above for the email address and check to see it that´s the same department you emailed. Hope you get an answer soon.
