On hold listenening to music for 4 1/2 hours!

Where is everybody???  Someboday just posted that she only had to wait 10 minutes on hold.  Why have I never been picked up!!!

Hope the phone was on speaker.

 

Most of the folks here have been saying email the Social Team along with the email address, but yet people are still calling Customer Service.

Maybe the Social Team should put a banner in BIG RED LETTERS at the top of the Forums along with the email address and maybe the phone calls will ease up.
