On hold for QVC customer service for 30 minutes!

I called and it said the wait would be 4-5 minute...it's going on 30 minutes now of listening to holiday music on hold.  My goodness what poor service.  I placed an order on Nov 18 and it shows in process STILL.  It won't let me cancel but apparently it's not shipping either.  Trying to find out what the story is...if I can ever get a service rep to answer...

 That happens sometimes.I would hang up & try again.Your call might have gotten lost.

Hi @srgtdj, I am so sorry for the delay. I checked the order and if it was the Josie Maran item apparently there is a delay in shipping. The comments on your order state either an email or phone call was made advising it would be received by December 3rd.

I have 2 orders “in process” since Nov. 17. Estimated delivery was on the 23. I placed an order at 2 department stores on Monday. They were delivered this morning.

Hi @Janey2 I checked your order and it has been delayed. An email or a phone call was sent advising your order was delayed and it should be received by Dec 3rd. I am so sorry for the delay. If you did not get the notification check your junk mail your computer may not have reconized the email address.

Not surprising for this time of year.

 I placed three orders for the Harry Slakin candles on Nov. 20.  This was the TSV for goodness sakes.  I got two of the orders, but the Wood scent order is still showing in Process.  It was available when I ordered it.  Why would it take over 8 days for a TSV to ship out?

They responded to my question very fast.  

 

Make sure to include your order number and your name so they can look it up for you.

I also had a half hour wait with a clothing company this morning unrelated to Q. I needed a size exchange. I agree ,it is the holiday season and sales. This company offered 50% off this week. I usually dont have that kind of wait time. I actually ordered a other on line clothing item while waiting from a different store. The CS was very nice and I wish I could say the same for Q.
