I know this has been discussed, but here it is July 18 and I see no improvement on the review situation. Seems everytime changes are made, problems occur. Never had problems with seeing them. I have sent in reviews in the last week, I get a check mark saying it was accepted and it never shows up. That is just one problem. It is frustrating to not read reviews, as that is how I make up my mind to purchase something or not. And on another topic of irratation, please stop those stupid pop ups. I can be looking at the very item when a pop up of it comes on, then the "text" pop up comes up asking if you want texts. If I did, I would let you know. I do not need reminders everytime I get on this site. PLEASE STOP those pop ups.

@nomar  I totally agree with you about the reviews issue. I always read reviews and most times that is the deciding factor on whether I order or not. So the Q has lost a couple orders from me over the last week. They really need to fix it!

I have not been able to leave reviews since they changed tohe format.  I don't know why they don;t leave well enough alone,

 

I hate the pop ups too, so annoying.  Also, I hate having to scroll thru a bunch of suggestions of what I am not interested in to get to what I want to view.

I use a Macbook and iPad and see reviews just fine.

 

Have you cleared your cookies, cache, and history?

I am one of the few I guess that like the new reviews format. I always like to click the "Helpful" and "Not Helpful" button. I first search my Most Helpful. With the new format I never have to log in every single time I want to click those buttons.

 

I also have had absolutely no problem viewing and leaving reviews. I use Chrome. 

 

As for the pop ups, just use a pop-up blocker if it's so bothersome. 

 

My view is there are so many other things in life you can worry about that are far worse than these issues if you choose to be bothered. And, if others are not having the same issues try using a different browser, clear some cookies, do something to ease your stress. I'm just not getting the irritation over not being able to read reviews, pop-ups, and hosts saying things like "wear this robe as an alternative". Maybe watch the news for an hour or two. These QVC issues will seem so minor after that.

Thank you for all your "help" from some. Exactly why I do not get on here anymore.

My post was to alert CUSTOMER CARE some of us are having difficulty with something we never had a problem with before. Again, I shall not bother reading or getting on the blog site anymore. It can be as toxic as the news.

You posted on a public forum so you should know there will be responses. You have to wear your big boy/big girl pants when on social media. smh
