It's really getting rediclous........orders get slower and slower and some are not even showing up at all!!!!!!!!!And its insane that you can't speak to your costumers on the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So many people complaining about not being able to get through on the CS phone lines.

 

Apparently, there doesn't appear to be a problem though with callers getting through to the live "Testimonial" phone lines. Priorities.

I agree.I can't speak to or even email anyone for help. This will help get me over my ordering things at all! I have order from April still "in process" I have an order that UPS shows as damaged with no communication to me from QVC. Things are taking weeks longer to get so if it's due to laying off of workers due to Covid then maybe they should just go off air for a month and catch up!
