My order has been processing for 7 days. Customer service unable to state why. because they have to contact the vendor. Looks like QVC is using 3rd party vendors. Why order through QVC when you can go straight to the vender.

Yup! Same boat here. My order is being "prepared" for days. So frustrating when you are waiting on an item. I asked CS for help....nope, they can't do anything either. Most of the items are sent from QVC, not the vendor.

In my opinion, QVC could not possibly warehouse in PA all the items they sell on air and online. But they do need a better system than presently exists to get items shipped sooner. Items shipped from California seem to take an extra long time to ship.

Before I order anything, I check its total cost and the estimated delivery date. I do not order when one or both do not suit me. The date was wrong once - one day because of a huge storm shutting down the airlines with my order already out of QVC where they have no power.
I no longer frustrate myself by checking an order until two or three days before it was promised. So far so good.

@D Kay QVC has a number of warehouses including several in Pa. Most of mine come from the Ontario, Ca. facility, and I usually get them in about 4 days after they're shipped.
Often items that are delayed, are late because they haven't arrived in the warehouse. Shipping is very erratic from Asia still where Covid is still prevalent, affecting the labor force. It affects all retailers, not just QVC. The CS reps have no way of knowing this.

I ordered a makeup mirror which came from the mfger, which was here in 4-5 days.

@millieshops I do the same thing, but as has been mentioned on other posts throughout these forums, the orders are locked up into a "PROCESSING" status and then the customer is stuck in Limbo for sometimes weeks.
I ordered two Lug items as Valentine's Day gifts for my nieces on JAN 27th and they still have not shipped. I also ordered a Lug bag for myself at the same time and it was delivered last week, but the make up pouch is still pending shipment! And last week I ordered items for my hubby and they came right away. Why such a discrepancy in shipping times? I'm not sure if it has to do with lack of employees at the designated shipping locations or weather or what the deal is, but one of the girls are not going to have her gift today, because it has not even left the QVC warehouse!
This is so disheartening, especically for those of us who have been loyal customers for decades! With so many other shopping options on line, I feel QVC will lose customer's loyalty if they don't try to honor their commitments to their customers. It seems that since QVC was bought out in 2019, their company has suffered from the transition! So sad!

Seriously , a joke. Preparing your order for over a week?? Heading towards the holidays and unless this gets fixed and they add more staffing good luck getting anything mailed out for gifts.
