i have not had any issues with using the social team on fb messenger OR the social team via the qvcsocialteam@qvc.com. either way they get my problem/question taken care of.

Yes, that is who the social team directed me to. They used to just take care of it, and very promptly I might add.  Maybe since things are getting back to normal they're not doing exchanges, returns and such?? IDK. 

I heard from them today. It was about 3 days until they got back to me.  Understood because of backlogs and what have you. The upfront exchange was granted but I was afraid the items might have sold out in my size because they kept showing them.  Everything worked out.

Pretty sad when the CS department can not take care of a retail problem over the phone on 1 call.  It goes to the Social Team/mods to take care of it and get something done. Now, it seems you won't be able to even contact the ST/M for a solution to a problem.  Yep, the more problems go unfixed after years of complaints, the more I think  QVC is not going to last to much longer as a TV retail company.  They just aren't putting money or staff into fixing what is wrong.
