I am just wondering what your State Attorney General is supposed to do, or the BBB for that matter considering that all companies are suffering right now.

I have a good GF that her and her husbands Washing Machine went out three months ago, it could not be repaired and they have been waiting for delivery. The date has been pushed out twice, is she thrilled no, but she did not fall out on the ground screaming.

Another GF had purchased two separate pieces of furniture and had to wait several months, due to what's going on in the world. Did she throw a temper tantrum. No because she is an adult and understands that this is  our reality right now.

I am sure your life will go on even though you are missing two clothing items. Jeez....

Re: OK mods, it's your call now!

@Kachina624 Sorry to disagree, but I ordered these on the first day they were presented, Sept 6th, knowing that they were an advanced order shipping on Sept 27th, today is Oct 18th, I received an email today saying: :

"Rest assured, we're making sure your order ships as soon as possible, and it will now start shipping by the week of October 4th.":

I'm just calling out Denim & Co and QVC for their stupidity in assuming customers will wait until ??? to receive this item.  Add to this, another following email said that the D & C blouse I ordered on 10/12 which has been a item avilable for at least a month, is delayed:

" We are working hard to ensure that you receive your purchase as soon as possible. Your order should be delivered by Monday, October 25".

I have no faith that either will be delivered as promished.

I only wrote this post to bring attention to the false premise of  sales.  And yes, I can, if I choose,  write to the BBB and my attorney general of my state to report the false practice of sales without products to ship.

I don't wish to quarrel with posters, but I do want new posters to know that Denim & Co does not deliver as promished.

@new nickname 4 You made me laugh as I doubt your attempt to shut down QVC will be successful. Good grief.

You "demand" compensation? LOL

All this fuss over a few t shirts?

"dishonest sales site"?   So much drama.

@Love my grandkids Yes, others have received compensation, in the form of credits to their account, actually I've heard of rewarding some with $10 to their account.  If a QVC order is delayed an unreasonable amount of time, the Q should compensate for their problem.

I'm glad you got a laugh though!

@ellaphant    At some point Macy's waited for their merchandise to arrive to but a b&M store operates differently since the obviously must have merchandise to display.  Many such stores are having very bare shelves.  Somebody last week reported there was very little available at their local Kohl's store.  This is affecting all retailers in some way.

NBC Nighly News is discussing supply chain issues right at this moment.
