@dooBdoo, thanks for the link and the suggestion. This is the first day in 3 days that I've been able to like or reply to a post - it's been so frustrating. Just an endless cycle of instructions to login, but never worked. Anyway, I tried your link and the login worked. So - thank you much for providing this recommendation! QVC really does need to get this website fixed!

 

Edited: I just noticed that when I finally got signed in, I'm now seeing my old nickname. I don't even remember using that one, but apparently I did. But why it's not showing the nickname I've used for years (jannabelle) is very strange.
