Notifications Gone on iPad

My notications history has been completely wiped out. They were working fine this morning. Any other iPad users having this problem?

Yes, I had the notification tab up and all of a sudden it blanked out.  I don't understand why there are so many problems with QVC.  I've had my orders go to someone else, and order was addressed wrong so I never received it.  Things again are taking way too long.  I had one item say it was being delivered that day and then the line above it say the order was being transferred to the Post Office.  I'm afraid to even touch this site.
