I have two items coming from QVC today. I only have two orders & they say in process. I'm not receiving notifications of shipment so I can track them. It's happened with two other items also. One I received was the day QVC told me it had shipped! This is frustrating because I want to be here if I have a delivery.

Thank you. I received them the day I posted my message. Later that night I received an email telling me my orders had shipped. I know you must be working with a smaller staff. It was just strange & not the first time it happened recently.
