The new emails we get telling us our return has been processed doesn't tell you what it is for anymore. They give you the order#,item# and amount refunded but not the actual item.

One would think that the CEO has been absent for months and they are conducting their conglomerate as if it were a busiiness in the 1800's, pitiful

I find this the most annoying change they've made recently.  I don't always know what the item was.  Maybe constantly calling Customer Service might cause them to wake up to this really annoying oversignt.

@Pecky - When I get return notifications, they almost always list $0.00 as the refund amount, so if you're seeing actual numbers, FWIW, you're a step ahead of me!  Smiley Happy
