Not recieving everything

I ordered Mally Face Defender home and away on July 5th 2018. I got the package last sat. and only the large one was in the package and not the small one. I call customer service and she siad they would send it out. But on my order status it shows nothing so i can't track anything. Any suggestions?

Yes, I'd wait an appropriate time to receive the additional piece and if I didn't receive it I'd call CS back again.... Woman LOL
