Starting a few days ago, QVC has made it impossible to open their emails unless I am on a computer. If I am on a mobile device, it automatically takes me to the App Store to install their app.

I'm on an iPad and I don't have that problem. I'm able to open and delete, delete, delete all the numerous emails they send me.

I am able to open on my iPhone and iPad, but not without quite a few trys, they want you to download the Q app, which I refuse to do,after trying it out a few times, on both devices, it is not user friendly, mostly annoying, there app needs to be revamped, so far I am able to avoid the app, but not without constantly refusing.

I sincerely apologize for that inconvenience! It sounds incredibly frustrating when you're just trying to quickly click a link and it directs you somewhere else.

When you click on our emails from a mobile device, it is defaulted to take you to your QVC account and open in the app. It absolutely shouldn't be asking you to download the app if you already have it; it should open automatically.

To make sure everything is linking smoothly, have you updated your QVC app to the latest version recently? Sometimes an outdated app can cause these kinds of linking glitches.

I used to have the app but deleted it, and I am directed to the App Store to re -download it. This is super frustrating! Something needs to be done on the back end by Q. This began a few weeks ago so clearly something has changed in the emails to link to app. Beyond annoying!

Does QVC have any plans to address this issue? I want to be taken to the website, not the App Store to download the Q app. Please fix the links sent via email.

It doesn't cost anything to download the app and you don't have to use it if you don't want to.
