Is anyone having the same issue? I placed an order for both colors of the TSV on auto-ship today in the afternoon. It went through and showed an order number ( I wish I wrote it down now!) but hours later there is no order in my account. I didn't even get a confirmation email. I called QVC CS and was told to wait a few more hours. I did and it still didn't show up so I ordered the same items again. The order went through but it still doesn't show up under Order Status and I didn't get an email. I do show a charge on my credit card for what I believe is a first payment. I called QVC CS to find out what is going on and if my order is placed and he could care less. He just made me more upset. It is a shame because it is for Tarte which I love but at this rate, and after talking to this rude, unhelpful QVC customer service rep, I am ready to never order again.

@madmimi This happens pretty frequently for some orders. Nobody knows why but if you'll check in the morning in Order Status, you'll undoubted see your order.
The charge you saw was just a pre-authorization that almost all merchants currently use. You get an actual charge when your order ships.

Has happened to me in the past and next day order showed up. I also have ordered more than one since the first time I thought I did something wrong. So double check in am.

@madmimi - Your computer hasn't yet caught up with itself. Shut it down and wait a few minutes then turn it back on - your orders should show up.

@madmimi check your order status today. I just posted about what happened to me, and there was a duplicate order created by QVC for one of the items that I had ordered yesterday morning. Luckily, I was able to cancel, but take a look just to make sure it didn't happen to you.

Thank you so much for your reply. I now have nine orders for the same items! They all showed up 12 to 24 hours after I placed them. I had spoken to 2 reps at CS that day and I think that's why the duplicate orders also. And...too late to cancel. The last Customer Service rep was so helpful and tried to cancel but I don't think she was able as it was the next day. Even though the order status didn't show up until then. So now I need to have them delivered, return them and hope all goes well with this on my credit card. I am so OVER QVC.

Nope. I thought that, too. Tried three different browser. Closed all browsers. Rebooted. Tried on the QVC app. Tried on the Iphone with Safari and all the same. I think it is a QVC issue.

I am gobsmacked at the website problems that persist at the Q. There is always some issue with their website. I cannot for the life of me understand why these glitches continue. What is wrong wit their IT depsrtment. I know there was a terrible storm that ripped through the NE yesterday and lots of areas are still without power so maybe that's the problem
