It's Christmas in July 7-27-24 and I have been waiting over 1/2 hour for customer service to pick up the phone.  I actually have 3 lines in my home, have tried all three and all three still waiting.  You would think on the last weekend SOMEONE would answer after the automated recording says "your wait time is greater than 5 minutes".  Why don't you be honest and report ACTUAL wait times.

So you are tying up three customer service spots.  How long will it take for you to release two once you are connected with a CSR?

Imagine if everyone felt so entitled, no wonder why the lines take forever!

I just got off the phone with them without any wait time.

Re: No weekend Customer Service

I really appreciate companies that have a call back. That way the time goes faster and more satisfaction not hanging on the phone. I go on with other things. Generally, our hurriedness can wait.

Weekends and holidays are always busy. Covid years were the worst. No one was hardly working.

Your post is at 9:33am. Were you on hold at that time? Over the years, I've found eaarly to mid mornings are always a busy time for customer service centers. I'd consider another time to call.

Sometimes we have to wait. Sometimes we don't.
