I didnt know this about shipping labels. I will be buying less. Not worth the hassle.

I am really surprised too.  I got my first package yesterday without a return shipping label  and no receipt or anything to tell what I paid and the order #  and size.  This is quite a change.  Makes it a lot harder to make a return.  I am not able to drive due to health reasons.  Shopping at QVC made life a lot easier for me.  I don't know how I will shop now.  Will have to figure something out.
