With everyone having access to electronic devices, I do not think it is necessary to have a hard copy of a receipt. All of the information is available in your order history, with easy, detailed return instructions if needed.😊 Returns are practically effortless now.👍
I concur that the packaging of some items is inadequate!😊

This is just not with the Q. Pretty much every place is like this now. I don't like it either, but it's the way things are being done. It is problematic especially for people who do not have printers or your printer is not working. It's less work and money for them but more work for us - of course.

I do not have a smart phone. Why should a customer have to go to the trouble of writing everything out and still not have a label. Give us old timers a break.

No cell phone and I only order from QVC so it is difficult for a handicapped older person to have to deal with this.
