Seems to be the norm for QVC any more. I think if you want to return them, you have to print out the form or call CS to have one sent to you.

It's a merchant's responsibility to supply a packing slip and return label.

I don't like working for a company in which I have to print my own return shipping label. Why should I have to use my personal printer and paper and ink.

One of many reasons I rarely shop at Q.

I didn't get one from Estee Lauder, Duluth Trading, any Amazon, the smaller mom and pop websites I order from but irony of all irony I always get one with my QVC packages.

When you do not have a printer,and have to wait for them to ship you a return label, it really is not a good thing.

Actually, it is NOT. There is no law or requirement that any paperwork be included.

I never rec packing slips/invoices from Target, Walmart, Amazon, Etsy you name it! Never have.

This is nothing new! We have all known about the reduction in paper for ages now.

HSN had a TS printer for $49.00. It would be a great investment to alleviate your frustration.

There was return labels on the candles but it was the label on top. If you cut open the package, it destroyed the label.

More and more companies are not including any return labels. What I am starting to see is you do not even have to pack up the return. Just bring the item to be sent back with a code. Sometimes you can copy the code to your phone and show it or print it out on a piece of paper and show that. Amazon does that a lot. If you need a return slip you should not shop online anymore because they will probably start to appear less and less.
