No order id info is on regurn slip

I looked at the return slip of an item I received this week and noted that there is no info on the slip specifying the order  number or the customer. Usually there's a barcode of the order number on the slip, but  it this time. 

 

If I return it, I will need to enter the order  number on the slip myself so that they will know who is returning the item. I'm posting here to advise others to make sure the return slip has order id info on it if an item is being returned.

This is happening all the time latey,CS told me not to worry....................lol

 

My slips are comming in 2 pieces  or just the return slip and no order id

you can always go to your order history and print out a return slip.
