YES!  I noticed last week that I wasn't getting TSV notices, etc.  And I didn't receive email confirmation of my last order.  When I checked my account, somehow my email preferences/reminders had been deactivated.  I turned them back on, so we'll see what happens ...

 

Oh, and one of my food A/D mysteriously got cancelled.  When I asked CS, their response referred to another food A/D that processed conrrectly.

This is the third month, so I'm guessing something is definitely wrong with my account where this is concerned.  I'm not sure why my Insider keeps cancelling.  This has been an ongoing thing for years.
