My item never was released. I can,t speak to anyone. CS can,t help me, no supervisor can help me and I can,t speak to anyone in corporate about the poor service. I make it clear, it is not the CS fault, my Advance order didn,t ship. I waited until today, the EDD Date, but the can see vit wasn,t shipped. That was just an excuse. I emailed the team, they said they would get back to me, they haven't. Very poor service.
I just got an reasonable answer from Susan. Thank you Susan. Mallys didn,t ship because of Hurricane.
