No Tracking ?

I have an item that supposedly shipped , but NO tracking info ! It was in process for almost 10 days ! I did contact CS and was told it was rare but does happen and could give me no information at all on my item just that I should receive the item by the 3rd. I really don't understand how if an item ships , Im charged , but no tracking ?? Has anyone had this happen , I sure never have ? I'm hoping it shows up .

Yes, I've had it happen a couple of times and my item did show up as scheduled. Gee, I remember the days when no packages had tracking and their arrivals were a big surprise.

Yes, just happened to me, I went to Q Social Team and they located the shipping, said on its way and I got the item the next day. Email the team and see if they can help you.

Happened to me twice. Tracking information became available the day after I received the packages.

@tampalady I did , they didn't have any info other then I should receive by November 3rd.

@tampalady Thank you ! But that's just it i don't have the tracking number that's why I can't track . Only says it shipped and if I hit the tracking nothing happens it won't go to the tracking area. I don't even know if it's shipped UPS or USPS .

You need to be patient.

This has happened many times to me and I have always received the item except one time.

After no info for 10 days or so, the mods just resent it to me.

I have 2 items that say shipped on 10/25.

NO tracking info appeared until just today.

@RespectLife oh I can be patient , I have advanced orders , waittlist orders etc. my issue IS has it actually shipped without tracking I don't feel confident plus the item is sold out and no longer avaliable so no replacement can be sent .

As I said, I had no tracking info for 9 - 10 days...then poof!

Today it all catches up.

This was actually on three different orders. So true, I had no sure way to know if it made it out the door. But there is nothing that can be done. Mods and C/S see barely more than we do.

Seems the label is made and status changed to 'shipped' before it has even gone to USPS or other shipper.

I know for a fact that our piping for work is marked as shipped when the pkg dept completes the wrapping and logs it in for pickup.

It can then be several days b4 UPS of FEDEX actually pick up the pallet. They are extremely short staffed.
