No Sound on all the Product Videos

I have Window 10  with Chrome, or yahoo as browser  there is no sound on the .com product videos  on either browser.    What do I do,  or is this a glich on QVC's end?

Not having the same problem. I hear sound ok on all product videos. On an iPad using Safari browser.

I am also using Windows 10 with Chrome as my browser and I'm getting sound on all the videos I try.

 

If you have specific product videos, try posting those numbers.

 

Are you experiencing the sound issues on other sites, like YouTube?

 

If you haven't already rebooted your computer, give that a try.

By default, the videos are Muted.  You have to click on the Red X right under the video to hear the sound.

Thank you   I refreshed Chrome  ...some worked, and the rest I hit the dunmute button
