@Alice-QVC Thank you for processing the refund so quickly, I appreciate it. I did end up calling CS last night because I didn't get a response from you guys yesterday. I am just disappointed that QVC didn't do more for their mistake besides refund my money or even offer to do more besides send me another color and still have to pay full price for it.The sorry about your luck it's sold out now attitude from QVC CS last night is not good customer service.
