No Receipt in Order Received

This was damaged when I received it.  There is no receipt in the box, there is not a return form on my order page, the chat feature puts me at 46, and to speak to a customer service rep is not available.  Are there any other options?   I really would like to get this returned for a refund asap.  Thanks for any help.

@SXMGirl , I'm so sorry it was received damaged, we can email you an invoice with return instructions.  We've just sent the invoice, give it a couple hours to come thru.

Just checking to be sure you knew you could print your own invoice and return slip very easily from your 'Order Status' page.

@RespectLife  I am aware and had planned to do that.  Unfortunately, there was no invoice to print from my order status.

@SXMGirl  Sure I can help, let me take a look.  I don't see that you've been charged for the label, I made the notes on the order Previously that it was damaged so when it is processed they are not to deduct $6.95, if you see that they did just let me know, I'll make sure that is refunded.

It looks like it's becoming a habit that receipts are not included.  Two items that I'd ordered did not come with a receipt.  It was so not convenient as not everyone has a printer at home to reprint a receipt.  Please let the shipping department know that this is happening more frequently.
