No Customer Service By Phone or Online!

I'm trying to return a pair of sneakers that came withou the typical pack slip.  Trying to get a return address from customer service only to find, you cannot get through to a customer service person (get a message to use self service info), tried calling the regular order line to ask and they do not offer that option.  How the heck are we suppose to get assistance?  What has happened to QVC?  And when I finally am able to get this item returned, it will take forever for them to process the item.  Not a customer friendly company!

you can print the slip from your account, you can FB on the QVC FB page, you can do a live chat, or email customer service.

@Big Spender   You can go to Order Status, find the item you want to return, click on View Order, just past the amounts you will see: Print Return Label. Follow the directions and you should be ready to return the item. Hope that helps.

@Big Spender   The return shipping label and invoice should be on the BACK of the shipping label on the outside of the package.  Remove it from the box and peel the layers apart.  You should find what you're looking for.

Just go into "my account", click on "order status", find the item. There should be a place over to the right on the screen that says "view order". Click on that and if you scroll down the page you will see (in red) "print return label". Click on that and you will be given step by step instructions. Hope this helps.Smiley Happy

Not the case for my last shipment. After I found nothing inside I assumed that it must be part of the label and it was not. In fact I even soaked it thinking if there is a label it will separate.  If an item is shipping direct from the vendor, we are at their mercy what they are using in their shipping.

 

I simply gave up and contacted customer service. The reason why I was so determined to find that label is my printer is broken!
