New return stickers?

I need to return an item. There was no paperwork included in the package, only stickers on the box. I don't understand how to use these?? Seems like there should be 3, but I only have 2...Idk....help!

Call customer service and ask for the invoice and a return label.  It seems I have to do this with almost all my orders for the last months. It is really getting annoying. You can print a return label from the order status page.  Or email your info to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.
