I have the latest version/update of Firefox on my Macbook. But now when I sign in a big box shows up requesting that I prove I'm not a robot. I have to wait for a completed smaller blue line to go across before I can get into my account. This didn't happen until recently. Does anyone else have this problem with Firefox? It doesn't happen with Safari but I prefer using Firefox. (I realize this is a small problem as problems go but just wondered why it started happening.)

no problem with firefox, but i do not have an "i" product.

I have often been getting the "are you a robot?" I'm on chrome that comes with google.
So, again, it's not you or your browser, or me, or any other customer.
It's QVC and somehow their software or whatever they've changed is not communicating with many individual accts, browsers, devices across their customers experiences.
And some have no problem at all!
Many are also unable to order things that show available but when added to cart "you just missed it."
All kinds of weird things.
I don't know how a company can survive with this mess.

I've deleted and reinstalled Firefox and it keeps doing this strange thing. Also, there is a red banner that says something like "we've encountered a problem" or something like that which is crazy.
Also today I was trying to help my husband download some of his medical files from a major hospital and found out that the company's software behind these files is totally incompatible with any Apple product. Our daughter works in computer coding and said this is quite wrong in today's world where a lot of us have Apple products. So we weren't able to get his e-records because of this glitch. It's a crazy world where technology gets even crazier at times!

I'm on a laptop, not MAC, and use Firefox all the time. I haven't had any issues. I have noticed more places asking if I'm a robot or not though.
