I ordered a Nintendo Switch the beginning of November. Was supposed to be delivered by Nov 24.. that day came and went. I called C.S. and they said they had none to resend and my first $125 easy pay charge would be refunded. It's now 12/20 and not only has it not been refunded.. they just took out the second payment. I called C.S. and they said the shipper delivered the package and I would need to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
Horrible customer service! Im out $250 so far and they finally tell me this?
For year I've had family tell me how great QVC is. Not a good experience!

What does your Order Status say? It shows the date it was shipped , delivery status and date it was delivered. When you get a package delivered you usually get an email. Have you been checking this?
