Need help with orders

Would the mods please help?? I have two orders Josie Maran and Rastelli steaks that have been in process since May 12th. I cannot believe it takes that long.

Please help!

Hi @mjd1954 

 

Unfortunately orders for Rastelli are experiencing a shipping delay. We hope to see those orders ship out early next week.

 

There is a note on the Josie Maran order that you had cancelled on 5/12. Did you not want it cancelled?

I tried to cancel it and it wouldn't let me. So I decided I give it to a friend.
