@BN MI. Sorry but there is nobody here who can help you. We are customers just like you. The QVC & HSN systems are completely separate and QVC can't even access HSN. It sounds as though you've done as much as possible and will have to wait for processing.

@Texas Gray Wolf Its because she has issues with her eyesight, I for one appreciate larger fonts. The original post on this thread I can hardly read.

Wrong forum, but since you wrote a supervisor and the warehouse are helping you, what else can they do?

I was just stating an opinion not starting an argument...Yes, I know using all caps is like yelling but I was also taught it applied to large font & bold text. Didn't mean to offend anyone......

I've always found HSN customer service to be top notch.
And as for typing in capital letters goes, I never understood that ridiculous concept that anyone typing in caps equates to shouting. I think if anyone feels someone is shouting at them, then they take what's written on a message board too seriously and too personally.
