Hi 👋 HSN Warehouse technical issue on my 2 orders placed 12/17. I have called and posted 3 times customer service. Trying to get the orders canceled and first flexpay refunded. Orders ending in 4087 and 3933 item 878-046 g faux leather puffer jackets. This is the moderators last response. I'm truly sorry it is taking so long to get these 2 orders canceled. There is a technical error with item and the orders aren't showing on the warehouse end for some reason. I am working with the warehouse to get this corrected so they can be refund as soon ad possible. I see a supervisor is also working g on this as well. Please help me in getting my refund and flexpays canceled. Please forward to the powers that can help HSN. I've been an HSN Customer since 1984. Thank you QVC for sending out orders this year in a timely manor. HSN horrible this year. Thank you.

@BN MI.  Sorry but there is nobody here who can help you.  We are customers just like you.  The QVC & HSN systems are completely separate and QVC can't even access HSN.  It sounds as though you've done as much as possible and will have to wait for processing.

@Texas Gray Wolf  Its because she has issues with her eyesight, I for one appreciate larger fonts.  The original post on this thread I can hardly read.

Wrong forum, but since you wrote a supervisor and the warehouse are helping you, what else can they do?

I was just stating an opinion not starting an argument...Yes, I know using all caps is like yelling but I was also taught it applied to large font & bold text.  Didn't mean to offend anyone......

I've always found HSN customer service to be top notch.

 

 

And as for typing in capital letters goes, I never understood that ridiculous concept that anyone typing in caps equates to shouting. I think if anyone feels someone is shouting at them, then they take what's written on a message board too seriously and too personally.
