I have a defective fashion blowout clearance item and QVC has okayed the return. But I'm getting mixed messges on how to return it. One CS rep told me I could only send it 'back on my dollar' (her exact words!) - even though it's defective. And then another rep reply  told me via email to use the return label- which  there isn't none!

I have another item  to return- the stitching is defective. It became a fashion blowout clearance a couple days AFTER I ordered it- and the system is only generating a message that it can't be returned. Even though my order date was prior to the 'fashion blowout' listing.

I've followed up with  QVC customer service several times-   it's been a run around and don't ahve faith this will be resolved without your help. Thank you in advance!
