Need help from Customer Service...ordered and paid for 1....got 4...LOL

Can I get help from a Customer service rep please....

 

I ordered and paid for only ONE of these Santas and I got a large box this afternoon with FOUR of the same Santas in it. I am sure you want the other three back. Please let me know how you want me to handle it...

You may be aware, but I just wanted to mention:

 

I recently started using the USPS pick up feature when I had a defective item to return.

Used Q label, which you will....and then went on line to USPS.com and scheduled a free pick up.

 

I get a confirmation of the request and another email confirmation when my carrier picks it up.

 

No need for you to drag a big box to the PO. 

 

If it was delivered UPS, QVC can arrange for a UPS pickup also.

Thanks for the info....I had hubby take it to the PO for me since he had to take some shirts to the cleaners and he was passing the PO anyway...
