The order is stuck in Los Angeles, California. That's all the tracking information I ever received.
Will a MOD please tell me how to get in touch so I can get help with the order? Thank you.

What did the Social Team say when you contacted them?
You do know Moderators for this Forum are the Social Team?
Try entering your tracking number at Ship24.com to see if any information is posted there. If not, keep checking.
Look to see if Newgistics is listed as one of the shippers. If so, that company might be your problem.

Thank you for the suggestion. I just did the Live Chat. It seemed to work. I will have to be vigilant to see if the deed was done!
