Need customer support but no one answers the phone keeps going straight to voicemail.

I’m a new customer and are aware they cancel first time orders for verification but I been trying numerous times to get in contact with the financial department about my order because my money is still saying pending and I really would like my order to go through and be verified. Is there anyone that could help me? I sent a email and called multiple times but no response
