Anyone can dial a wrong number but most don't do a public rant afterwards and blame someone else while making demands.  I see @Connie Consquela   hasn't been back to admit her mistake or apologize. 

The associate at Medic Alert loudly and clearly gave the name of the company when she answered the phone.

i have tried that social cr@#$%$p and doesnt work im sick anfd tired of asking them to send me a shipping label and they dont now they take down any post i make and dont answer any question and NO i have not misdialed because i get a busy tone and it doesnt matter what time it is because i have wasted a full 24hrs dialing the numbers and all i get is a busy tone so dont tell me im not blocked or that im dialing the wrong number

@dan3    You're doing something wrong.  I've called QVC customer service periodically for over 30 years and have never gotten a busy signal.  If the lines are busy, you're put on hold and calls are answered in the order they're received.  Check your phone number.

I called customer service last night.  Got right through after a couple of selected prompts.  The lovely person settled my problem within a couple of minutes.  No problems  here.
