I called to speak with someone in customer assistance regarding my account. I dialed the number provided on your website, 888-345-5488.  I was told there was a special going and was asked to press 1 if I was over 50 and 2 if I was under 50.  I didn't want to answer any of these questions as it had zero to do with my call.  Reluctantly, I did and was directed to some "health related" program, to which I informed the caller that I did not want to participate and that I was calling for customer service. I was rudely hung up on and when I tried to call back, I was informed that that phone number is "not available in my area."  So, I was blocked!  Then, I tried to contact you on Twitter and I see that you don't accept messages on Twitter. I tried to contact you on Skype and the link didn't work.  I cannot find a single way to email or call to recieve help.  What are you hiding?  

 

I want someone to contact me please.

Thank you but an email is not my preferred method.  I want to speak to someone.  I will hold onto it if needed.  I had to use another phone to get through.  I'm now on hold; but, I'm disturbed that the phone number provided is now blocking me from ever calling them.  Does anyone have any clue as to why this happened?

Welome to the Forum.

 

If you want someone who will help you, then it's recommended you email the QVC Social Team at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com.  They do not have a telephone number.  Give them your order number if applicable and/or explanation.

 

You can continue wasting your time calling Customer Service if you want, but we are not leading you astray when telling you to email the Social Team.  

 

They respond quickly.

Do you think perhaps you originally dialed the wrong number?  I've called CS many times and never got a response like you did.  If you wish to speak to someone, call CS again.  However, the best contact is with the email address you were given.

 

Please note that QVC CSs phone number is listed as 1-888-345-5788.  I dialed the number you listed and its the Medic Alert phone number, not qvc.

Absolutely! That's the only way to contact the highest level of CS that us customers have!

 

And they respond very quickly and see it through to a resolution.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

You've obviously called the wrong number for CS. As mentioned by another poster, the number is at the bottom of every page for CS, AND, it's not the number you called.

 

I called CS at the busiest time during Christmas for a problem order and they gave immediate attention and satisfaction. I used the number at the bottom of the page. 

 

Don't discount the e-mail contact you've been given either. They are generally prompt and helpful.

Call the correct number and you will reach a friendly helpful customer service agent.

 

You complain about suspicious "what are they hiding"  aspects and you are dialing the wrong number?  Should we ask what are you instigating?  

Even if you use the excellent email service team just to make contact you can ask them to call you by providing the order information and the phone number you want to be reached at. Just because initial contact may be by email doesn't mean you can't arrange for further communication by phone.

 

Less black & white, rigid, negative thinking might help you reach your goal. You got plenty of help from this forum. Use the advice and be receptive to satisfaction.

Nothing you said in your original post applies to QVC as YOU dialed the wrong number. Now how simple is that.
